Ava is a Yoga Alliance certified at 500 hours and has taught yoga for over 2 decades. She is a life coach, Ordained Shamanic Minister, Master Breathwork Facilitator, a level two Reiki practitioner & Ayurvedic Consultant and has studied Tibetan healing massage as well as being in the feild of addiction of all kinds for over 25 years. She has danced the ritual dances of Africa & Haiti for decades and has worked with traditional healers from both locations over the years. She has also studied Tibetan Buddhism extensively and is initiated into the Vajra Yogini and Medicine Buddha lineage. She has led workshops and healing conferences internationally such as Mysteryland, Equilibrio, East meets West, Woodstock Fruitarian Festival and most recently Unifier Festival. She has been in the world of transformation work for close to 3 decades.

In healing herself Ava has gathered powerful tools, ritual, insight, practices and compassion to transmute wounds and turn them into powerful passions and soul purposes. She is a healer of heartbreak and disconnection and is forever interested in transcending acting from reaction or triggered state to responding from compassion. Her goal is to help empower you.
